Top 5 Tour Announcements of the Week
It's a rock heavy list today, with a mix of hardcore, acoustic, country, aaaand Guns N' Roses. Here's who we're most excited to see announced tours this week. Guns N' Roses North American Tour Somehow, someway, Guns N' Roses are still happily reunited and touring. In addition to their previously announced overseas run slated for the first half of the summer, they've just tacked on a batch of North American gigs for the second half of 2017. Catch them from July 27 to November 25, with the Deftones, ZZ Top and Sturgill Simpson on varying dates. Click here for tickets. Aaron Watson ‘Vaquero' Tour In support of his latest album Vaquero, independent country star Aaron Watson has announced a summer trek. The tour kicks off on May 27 in Austin, TX, at Lonestar Jam, followed by stops through the South and Midwest. It wraps up on November 2 at the PBR World Finals in Las Vegas, NV. Click here for tickets. Dead Cross This hardcore supergroup–comprised of Mike Patton, Dave Lombardo, Justin Pearson, The Locust and Michael Crain–are hitting the road in support of their debut album. The tour begins on August 10 at The Observatory in Santa Ana, CA, and wraps up on September 23 at the Ogden Theatre in Denver, CO. Click here for tickets. Luke Bryan 2017 Farm Tour Another year, another Farm Tour from hunky country star Luke Bryan. The six-city run of shows that take place, quite literally, on a farm will kick off September 28 in Lincoln, NE, at Benes Farm. Bryan will also hit up Ziel Farm in Boone, IA, the Ayers Family Farm in Edinburg, IL, and wrap up on October 7 at the Stowers Farm in Centralia, MO. Click here for tickets. Chris Robinson Solo Tour Chris Robinson Brotherhood frontman, Chris Robinson (duh), has announced a small string of solo shows next month. 5 Ways to Save Money on Ed Sheeran Tickets:
Summer concert season is right around the corner, and this year Ed Sheeran is hitting the road in promotion of his new album, Divide. While tickets to see soulful songwriter are in high demand, you shouldn't have to blow your vacation fund in order to catch a glimpse. Read on for our top tips on how to save money when buying tickets to the 2017 Ed Sheeran tour! Tip #1: Utilize the Ticket Tracker Find out when Ed Sheeran ticket prices drop in a city near you by utilizing SeatGeek's “Track Artist” feature. When you track the artist and/or event, you'll be notified of any cost fluctuations and if any additional dates have been announced. You can find the “Track Artist” feature at the top of any performer or event page.. Tip #2: Check Out Nearby Cities While it's certainly more convenient (and exciting) to catch Ed Sheeran performing at your local venue, it might not always be the smartest move. If you live on the East Coast, do some comparison shopping to see what nearby venues offer the cheapest ticket prices. For the die-hard fans living in a larger, less-clustered area, consider planning a summer vacation to one of the more affordable concert destinations. Shop Ed Sheeran Tickets Tip #3: Use Deal Score When spending hard-earned cash on concert tickets, fans want to make sure they're getting their money's worth. Deal Score is a tool developed by SeatGeek to help rank the value of a ticket based on historical prices for the performer and the venue, the row location, the expected sightline from the section, and the quality of the other available tickets for the event. Utilizing this feature will ensure that you're getting the most bang-for-your-buck when buying Ed Sheeran tickets. Tip #4: Wait Until The Last Minute Calling all procrastinators! If you don't mind being spontaneous, waiting until the week (or even hours) before the concert can often save buyers money when purchasing tickets. While it's not a guarantee that prices will drop, sellers with remaining inventory are eager to rid themselves of extra tickets, thus costs go down the closer it gets to show time. Tip #5: Cozy Up To The Nosebleed Section If you're just looking to get to the Ed Sheeran show and don't really care where you sit, sort the ticket listings by “price.” It'll filter the cheapest options to the top, showing you the current lowest get-in price for the concert. With Sheeran performing at such large venues on the Divide tour, there will likely be large screens projecting her so that everybody gets a clear view. Or with the money you saved on your nosebleed tickets, you can buy a fancy pair of binoculars. (Image courtesy of Mark Kent via Flickr.) Exercise Can Help Your Detox Regimen
Detoxing is one of the single best things you can do
for your body, but if you're a bit
worried about how a detox will affect your normal exercise routine, you're not
alone. It's only natural to be a bit concerned. Fortunately, though, you can
rest easy. Exercise can actually begin the natural detox process and start
flushing out all of the toxins that are in the body thanks to one simple
process - SWEAT! Before you hit the gym, though, you may want to adjust your workout
a little. Take a look.
How Does It Work?
The sweat you produce during a normal workout helps to eliminate the waste buildup in your
body. It comes dripping out of your pores as soon as you hit the gym, giving
your body the jumpstart it needs to clean and purify your body.
There are also studies that
show cardiovascular exercise aids in the digestion and the metabolism of your
food, so those who exercise while they detox will have less toxins moving
around in their body. Simply put, the
physical movement of your exercising will help stimulate your digestion and
will help generate a boost in your metabolism since your body uses more energy
to move around when exercising.
My Normal Workout Or
Something Different?
You may not want to tackle
your full, typical workout routine during a detox. In fact, you should make
certain that the exercise regimen that you are doing along with your detox is
not overly difficult or stressful on your body.
It is quite important to ensure that your exercises are not more than
your body can handle since your body is already using energy with your detox. You simply want to incorporate some light
cardiovascular exercise while you a detox to achieve the best results. A few exercises you may want to consider
include biking, light jogging, swimming, or a good dance routine. Yoga is
another great one to consider, as studies have shown that certain yoga poses
such as twisting poses can help improve your blood circulation and stimulate
the organs that are needed for digestion and detoxification. Yoga can also help relax a person and improve
their mood during a detox.
A twenty to thirty minute
workout is probably your best bet while you're detoxing. Avoid high impact
workouts during this time, as it might be too much for your body to cope with
and leave you feeling faint.
Whether you're detoxing or
not, exercise is the most important thing you can do for your body. Just keep
in mind that you should be fairly moderate in your approach and be respectful
of your body to get the most out of your next detox.

Top Reasons to Detox
Did
you know that toxins can stay in your system for up to thirty days? From the
air you breathe to the food you eat, toxins abound, and getting them out of
your system is an absolute must. If you've never detoxed before, though, you
may be hesitant. Here are a few reasons you should consider it immediately.
#1 - Remove
Toxins from the Body
This
one is almost a given. The toxins that we
have in our body due to the pollutants out there in our everyday lives can
have adverse affects on our body’s immune system, behavior, and metabolism, and
they can even lead to disease. The
removal of these toxins can help in the prevention many fairly serious conditions.
#2 - Boost the
Immune System
Regular
detoxing will help bolster and boost your body’s immune system, which is
important since an improperly working immune system can make your body
susceptible to catching a cold, the flu or other diseases that are out there
and waiting for everyone.
#3 - Help in
Losing Weight
Detoxing
can be very beneficial before a person begins any diet since the toxins in a
body can affect the body’s ability to burn body fat. Detoxing will also increase the body’s
metabolism, which will help with weight loss.
#4 - Improve
Skin Condition
The
toxins in a person’s body definitely have an adverse affect on the skin, and
detoxing can not only lead to healthier skin, but it can also assist with
eliminating acne and give your skin a much better appearance.
#5 - Prevent
Early Aging
Detoxing
can eliminate the pollutants, heavy metals and free radicals that are partly
responsible for early aging. It will
also help increase the body’s natural nutrient absorption that can help with the
fight against oxidative stress that can lead to cellular degeneration.
Herbal
Clean makes of some of the best detox products
on the market today and can help eliminate the toxins in a person’s body in a
safe manner and with peace of mind.

Can a Detox Eliminate Food Allergies and Sensitivities?
Countless studies have been done on detoxes and how they can
improve health. We already know that detox cleanses can help with weight loss
and certain health issues, but what about food allergies and sensitivities? Can a detox really eliminate those
for good. Maybe, and maybe not. Let’s go over some basics about food
allergies and how you can reduce or (hopefully) eliminate the symptoms.
First, let’s talk about what a food
allergy even is. Of course, you already know that it’s a type of food that
causes your body to react in unpleasant ways. The most common symptoms include
gas and bloating, diarrhea, cramping, constipation, indigestion and heartburn.
Other possible effects are headache, joint pain, acne and even more frequent
colds and flu illnesses.
Ever wonder how you developed that food allergy, though? Here’s
how: at some point, you ate something, and it somehow became introduced into
your bloodstream. This usually happens when there’s a disruption in the “good”
bacteria found in your digestive tract, which can compromise the wall and
lining of the stomach. When this occurs, food particles can escape, entering
the bloodstream before they’ve been fully broken down. Your body doesn’t
recognize this foreign object, tags it as bad, and begins to attack. This puts
your immune system into overdrive, resulting in some of the symptoms described
above.
Now for the important question - how do you eliminate a food
allergy? Well, there are a few different ways you can, at a minimum, reduce
your symptoms. For starters, you can use a food elimination process that
removes all the primary allergy-causing foods from your diet. This includes dairy,
grains, alcohol, sugar, and more. With these out of the picture, your symptoms
should be gone in a matter of days. Once you’re symptom-free, you can
reintroduce each food/drink one at a time to see which one is the culprit. From
then on, you can simply avoid that food item.
However, let’s say you’ve determined that grains are causing
the problem, and a lifetime without breads sounds awful. If this is where
you’re at, you need to take steps to deal with the allergy while still getting
to enjoy the foods you love. A detox can definitely help with this. Spending a
week or 10 days cleansing your body and eliminating toxins can give you a fresh
start and help restore your body’s natural balances - including the good
bacteria in your gut.
You can also boost the effects of the detox by making a few
other changes to your diet. Start by consuming homemade fermented foods and
drinks. Things like sauerkraut, pickles, and kimchi are all rich in probiotics,
which are the key to a healthy gut. Probiotics promote healthy bacteria in your
gut, and they improve digestion. Another detox booster is to consume more
gelatinous foods. Bone broth and grass-fed gelatin powder can be added to your
diet to aid in the healing and sealing of the mucous lining of your stomach and
intestines.
So, to answer again the initial question of whether or not a
detox can eliminate food allergies - maybe and maybe not. Some people may be
fortunate enough to eliminate their allergies altogether, but others may have
to settle for a detox to simply reduce their symptoms - which really isn’t so bad either!

Choosing the Right Detox Products
Have you been gaining weight? Are you trying to shed unwanted pounds, or are you just sick of feeling unhealthy? Whatever your reason might be, a body cleanse can be a great way to get yourself back to a positive sense of well being. A detox system can rid your body of offending toxins and help you work toward a thinner, healthier you, but there are hundreds upon hundreds of options, which can make it tough to choose the right one for you. There is one thing that you should be aware of; starvation programs are very rarely the best option. Instead, find the category that fits you best, and then consider the following tips for a successful cleanse.
Too much processed foods -- boxed, canned or pre-packaged?
This category includes people from all walks of life. You might be among them if you frequently visit vending machines, buy boxed meals, canned soups and sauces. Generally the people who fall in this subgroup will report that they have reduced energy levels and have been consistently gaining weight over a prolonged period.
If this sounds like you, you might want to consider an all liquid cleansing diet, which is very intense and really gives the digestive system a break, while forcing the body to seek nourishment from stored fat cells. A liquid diet increases hydration, reduces inflammation, and flushes the urinary tract. This plan is amplified with the Super QCaps by Herbal Clean.
Food intolerances?
Even if you don’t know that they exist, you may have trouble digesting certain foods, or you may simply eat too many for your body to properly process. Do you eat a lot of red meat? People in this group will typically report frequent sugar cravings and an abundance of stress. Inflammation is generally a problem, leading to skin or scalp irritation, cancer scares, joint irritation, and worsened allergies.
For this subgroup, a vegan cleanse is recommended, in order to get some of the vitamins, nutrients, and anti-inflammatory benefits of vegetables. The vegan cleanse is perfectly combined with the Premium 7 Day Cleansing System.
A love of alcohol?
Even if you don’t drink overly frequently, you may fall in this segment of the population is you are eating a large number of salty snacks, carry weight in the waistline, and drink alcohol a couple of times per week. You might also be tempted by fast food.
The goal for this group is generally weight loss. For that reason, a cleanse high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatories is recommended, to kick start the digestive system. Consider meals that include avocado, berries, leafy green vegetables high-protein foods, and nuts. Keep these meals very light, to make it easier for your digestive tract, and consider the benefits of the Simply Slender Master Cleanse.

What is Milk Thistle?
Have you seen this
ingredient listed on a cleansing product label?
Did you know what it was? It
sounds strange but it’s really a good friend to your body. Read on to learn more about this helpful herb.
Milk thistle is a
flowering herb related to the daisy family.
Native to Mediterranean lands, it has been used as a medicinal herb for
more than two centuries. Pliny the
Elder, who lived from 23AD to 79AD and was perhaps Ancient Rome’s finest
historian, naturalist and author, wrote of the milk thistle’s ability to “carry
off bile”.
Milk thistle has long
been believed to be a natural remedy for liver dysfunction. It’s primary active ingredient is
silymarin. Silymarin has both
antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
It’s a potent ingredient that needs more modern research to back up the
reputation it has earned over the past two millennia.
The studies that have
been performed in more recent times are showing very promising results. Some early research showed that it could aid
those with alcohol-related liver problems.
Another study showed encouraging results for some whose livers had been
damaged by industrial toxins like xylene and toluene. It’s also being researched for its possible
positive effects on type-2 diabetes and high cholesterol. Hopefully, more researches will look to this
herb for answers.
All of this makes milk
thistle an important ingredient for a detox cleanse. Many toxins are stored in the liver and this
important organ is responsible for cleaning and maintaining your blood. It breaks down old and damaged blood cells
and it breaks down fat too. It helps
produce energy so if you’re feeling sluggish, milk thistle might just be the
cleansing ingredient you need.
It takes more than one
system to run the body and more than one ingredient to help the body do its
work. Milk thistle is certainly one to
look for but read up on some of the other natural ingredients in Herbal Clean
products to see which one is right for you.
