Wow - big concert news here: The Who Announce Caesars Palace Residency: Despite promises of retirement, The Who aren't ready to call it quits just yet. The veteran rockers have announced a Las Vegas residency slated for this July. The six-show run will take place at Caesars Palace, kicking off on July 29 and running through August 11. They're also performing a string of concerts in the UK from March 30 to April 7. The band has described it as a “first run” of shows, so stay tuned for more dates.
